About Us

In 1966 Bea Roodt started her insurance career.  After successfully running her own brokerage Bea sold her company to GlenrandMIB Insurance Brokers where she was appointed Divisional Training and Technical Director.  With Bea’s vast Insurance experience and her extensive involvement with the Financial Services Board FAIS project Bea changed her focus to training and took on the roll of National Training Manager.

Upon leaving GlenrandMIB in 2009 Bea founded BRC, a company specializing in Short Term Technical training . With the implementation of the FAIS Regulatory One Exams Bea expanded her business and Deone Roodt joined the company.

With the shared passion for the empowerment of the people of South Africa, Bea and Deone could only take BRC from strength to strength. With Bjorn Roodt on board, BRC is well on its way to becoming a formidable force in compliance training.
